Meet Lauren šŸ‘‹

Hello! Iā€™m Lauren Tilden, and Iā€™m the artist and business owner behind Good Sheila.

I loved arts and crafts as a kid, but set it aside for about two decades when I went to college on the east coast and pursued a career in marketing.

But it's never too late to make a change.

I picked up a paintbrush in 2017, and haven't looked back since. šŸŽØ

I love to travel, listen to podcasts, experiment with plant-based baking, and create things whenever I possibly can. I live in Seattle by the water with my partner Kate and two young kiddos, Casey and Mari.
